Hi AdNabu Team,
We have recently re-installed your app for our Shopify store (Kraxl-Board®) after a previous attempt some time ago. During our first installation, we encountered an issue where the audience lists in Google Ads were not populating, which led us to uninstall the app.
We are now looking to professionally scale our dynamic remarketing and want to ensure a perfect setup this time. We noticed a few things that we need your help with:
Legacy Lists: In our Google Ads account, there are still many audience segments from the previous installation (e.g., from June 2024). Some of these are marked as “Membership: Closed”.
Potential Conflicts: Is it a problem that these old lists still exist? Should we manually delete/archive them, or will the app automatically recognize and reactivate them or create clean, new segments?
Setup Verification: We want to ensure a clean data foundation. What is the best way to verify that the new pixel is correctly transmitting data and that the lists (especially “Product Viewers”) are being populated as expected?
Could you please check if our current setup (Merchant Center ID: 121374415) is correctly linked with the new pixel?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Georg Oberrauch
Hi again,
To assist with the verification of our setup, I would like to provide two specific examples of our Product IDs as they appear in our Shopify backend:
Germany (DE): shopify_DE_7125400420531_41424160227507
France (FR): shopify_FR_7125400420531_41424160227507
In the app settings, our “Target Country” is currently set to Germany. Could you please confirm the following:
Does the pixel automatically switch the prefix to shopify_FR when a user visits our French store, or do we need to adjust the settings to ensure dynamic remarketing works for both markets?
Will the 91 newly created audience segments capture data from both the DE and FR product pages simultaneously?
We want to make sure the “Product Viewers” list is populating correctly with the right IDs for both regions.
Best regards,
Georg Oberrauch
